Mentor
I have been a full-time faculty member at Cerritos College for 20 years as a Psychology Professor. I regularly teach Introductory Psychology, Social Psychology and Research Methods. I advise our campus chapter of Psychology Club and Psi Beta. I serve as the Vice President of the Western Region and President-elect, Psi Beta national honor's society in Psychology.
Individuals with a mentor are more likely to get a promotion.
